So, I literally sat on the floor in the hallway outside the room, while she tried to help me gain access to the room. Unfortunately, I had to wait because our luggage was trapped in the room. Fortunately, she secured us another room, so that my wife could go to bed. So, the nice lady at the desk walked with us up to our room to try a new key, and it failed as well. We went downstairs for another key, and it did not work either. Around 2:00am, we returned to the hotel and guess what………….the key did not work. So, we laid our luggage down and headed to the casino. So, once again we went back down for another key, and luckily one of these keys worked. Unfortunately, we will never be back… Last weekend, we checked in and the room key did not work, we walked down to the desk for another key, and it did not work either. Oftentimes, we get free rooms directly at the casino, but we really like the convenience of staying at the Stonebrook Lodge. Wow – we have stayed at this hotel several times, as we like to frequent the casino in Murphy.
